Dear reader, how many enemies have you got in your life? You must thank God if they are less than one thousand. Also, your heart must be at peace if your enemies are less than ten. The reason I say this is that within the Bible, there are individuals who faced tens of thousands of enemies but God enabled these individuals to overcome all of them.
God will fight those fighting you.

The first reason your heart has to be at peace is that the battle is not yours. It is the Lord’s. God has promised you that he will contend with those who are contending with you. He will fight those fighting you. He will be the enemy of your enemies. Hear what the written word of God says:
“Yes, captives will be taken from warriors,
and plunder retrieved from the fierce;
I will contend with those who contend with you,
and your children I will save.” Isaiah 49:25
The Lord is your shield.

The written word of God in the Bible says that:
“Lord, how many are my foes!
How many rise up against me!
2 Many are saying of me,
“God will not deliver him.”[b]
3 But you, Lord, are a shield around me,
my glory, the One who lifts my head high.” Psalm 3:1-3
God’s angels are protecting you.

Apart from God’s supernatural shield, God provides you with his angels to guard you in all your ways. Hear what the written word of God in the Bible says:
“If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Psalm 91:9-12
God will fight Satan on your behalf.
As long as you put your trust in God, and you continue calling upon the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ, our Father in Heaven will crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20). The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ will be with you.
Let your heart be at peace.
Even if your enemies were in millions, let your heart be at peace. God will fight them on your behalf. Hear what the written word of God says:
“I will not fear though tens of thousands
assail me on every side.
7 Arise, Lord!
Deliver me, my God!
Strike all my enemies on the jaw;
break the teeth of the wicked.
8 From the Lord comes deliverance.
May your blessing be on your people.” Psalm 3:6-8.
