Satan’s numerous faces.
Satan’s numerous faces.
Dear reader, you may be shocked by what I am about to tell you. Artists on earth have tried their best to produce the exact image of Jesus as he looked on earth, and probably as he looks now in Heaven. However, I have never come across any artist who made the image of Satan’s true face. No human being on earth knows how Satan looks like. Why is this so? The reason is simple. Unlike our Lord Jesus Christ, Satan converts into numerous faces. The Devil keeps on changing his face now and then. This is the reason artists will never even attempt to make an image of Satan’s exact face as they have done for Jesus Christ.
Implications of Satan’s changing face.
This characteristic of Satan should serve as warning to those who follow him, and those who plan to do so. You can never trust anyone whose face keeps on changing. If that person’s face keeps on changing, then know that even his moods are always like that. They can change any time. Today he may smile at you but the following day he may destroy you. Today Satan may give you something good, but tomorrow he takes it away from you. I advise any person serving or following Satan to run away from him as soon as possible.
The case of barren women.
Many barren women run to Satan thinking he will provide solutions. Some succeed getting miracle babies from the Devil. They are not aware that Satan keeps on changing his face and moods. The happiness of such women does not last as Satan always changes his face and demands his babies back before they reach adult age.
Jesus is the same always.
One of the reasons our Lord Jesus Christ has many followers is that, unlike Satan, he never changes. He is the same always and you can always rely on him. Hear what the Bible says:
“Jesus Christ is [eternally changeless, always] the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8
You follow Satan at your risk.
This goes to all those who follow Satan. You follow and serve the Devil at your risk because he may kill or destroy you any time from now. It is better to follow Jesus Christ whose face does not change and, unlike the Devil, he will never regret for whatever good thing he gives you (Romans 11:29).
