Stop Satan’s accusations
Satan is accusing believers day and night before our God the Father (Revelation 12:10). His aim is to get permission from God to come and tempt believers here on earth (Job 1:12). Here are seven things you can do to prevent Satan from being permitted by God to tempt you.
- Let Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit always dwell within you.
- Stay away from sin because Satan will use your sins to accuse you before God.
- Always pray the Lord’s Prayer, especially the verse “Do not lead us into temptation”
- Lead a prayerful life. Use every opportunity you are alone to pray. If you are short of words you can pray in the Spirit or just pray the Lord’s Prayer.
- Always work to see that God’s Kingdom is established in your home, your workplace and everywhere you go.
- Get time to read God’s Word to get God’s direction.
- Always plead the Blood of Jesus in the places you go to, and always cover yourself with the Blood
Jesus’s final word:
“To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— 27 that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’[a]—just as I have received authority from my Father. 28 I will also give that one the morning star. 29 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches”.
