Many people don’t understand why they often wake up during sleep. God keeps waking you up, but you don’t know it.
I will never forget what happened to me.
One night, I was home alone and went to bed early, very tired. Then, around midnight, I woke up suddenly! Still tired, I immediately covered myself and went back to sleep.
As I fell asleep, something strange happened. Suddenly, I felt someone forcefully pull the blanket and sheet off my body! I found myself without a blanket! At first, I thought burglars had broken into my house, so I immideately jumped out of my bed – but I didn’t see anyone or any signs of a break-in. Then I realized that, since it was almost midnight, it was God waking me up to pray.
God understood that the only way I could defeat the enemy forces was for me to wake up and pray. That’s why He sent His angel to drive me out of bed, although I didn’t realize it. Since that incident, every time I wake up, I can’t go back to sleep without praying.
God always wakes you up to pray.
From my experience mentioned above, God always wakes people up to pray. Heaven is watching the enemy forces rise up against you, so God wakes you up to help you overcome these demonic attacks.
Your prayer initiates angelic activity.
So, if God wants to help us, why doesn’t He act directly to stop these demonic forces on our behalf? The answer is that our Heavenly Father wants you to call on Him. God acts like the police, who must be notified before an emergency team is dispatched. If you cry out to God in prayer, He will immediately dispatch His team of angels to your rescue.
