Dear reader, you may find it difficult to believe what I am about to tell you, but it is the real truth. We all know that Adam and Eve sinned against God, and they were kicked out of the garden of Eden. In this article I want to show you that God later forgave Adam and Eve.

Adam and Eve later repented and showed their commitment to serve God.

When you read the Book of Genesis you realize that after they were driven out of the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve repented and commitment themselves to serving God. How do we know this fact?  We know this truth by looking at what happened every time Adam and Eve had a new child.

After the birth of Cain, Eve said,

With the help of the Lord

I have brought forth[c] a man.

Genesis 4:1

You can see in this Bible verse that Adam and Eve repented of their sins, humbled themselves, and greatly honored our Heavenly Father. They disconnected themselves from Satan and always dedicated their newly born babies to God.

With the help of the Lord I have brought forth a man.

Afterwards they reproduced another child and they called him Seth. When Seth was born,  Adam and Eve showed their continued repentance and commitment to serve our Heavenly Father. Listen to what Eve said after Seth was born:

God has granted me another child

in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.

Genesis 4:25

You can see in this second Bible verse that Adam and Eve had indeed repented and were committed to honoring God our Father all the time.

Adam and Eve made offerings and sacrifices to God.

From the Book of Genesis we can tell that Adam and Eve, always made offerings and sacrifices to please God and ask for his mercy and forgiveness. Not only that, they also taught their children to make these offerings and sacrifices to God (see Genesis 4:3-4).

Abel and Cain had learnt from their parents, Adam and Eve, that sacrifices and offerings were important in sanctification and restoring their relationship with God.

God later forgave Adam and Eve
Through their sacrifices and offerings Adam and Eve were able to restore their relationship with God.

God forgave Adam and Eve.

Through the attitude of repentance, and through their sacrifices and offerings, God cleansed and restored Adam and Eve. Our Father in Heaven forgave the sins of  Adam and Eve.

God later blessed Adam and Eve.

Living for many years on Earth is a blessing from God. As indicated in the Bible, God blessed Adam with so many years. Altogether, Adam lived 930 years (Genesis 5:5). This was a great blessing and a big favor from God. If God had not forgiven Adam and Eve, they could nott have lived these many years.

Adam and Eve are in Heaven.

In conclusion,  Adam and Eve are living in heaven right now together with God our Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and all the saints who left the earth.
