You need not worry about where you will live after your life on earth. Jesus is personally designing your house in heaven.
Jesus Christ committed himself.
First, we need to understand that our Lord Jesus Christ committed himself to build a luxury house for you in heaven.
Listen to what Jesus said in the written word of God in the Bible:
14 “Let not your heart be troubled. You are trusting God, now trust in me. 2-3 There are many homes up there where my Father lives, and I am going to prepare them for your coming. When everything is ready, then I will come and get you, so that you can always be with me where I am. If this weren’t so, I would tell you plainly.
Jesus will take all your desires into account.
As he designs and supervises the construction of you house in heaven, Jesus will take all your personal desires into account. It is interesting to note that our Lord is always listening to your conversations and now knows all your tastes and the type of home your heart desires.
For example, if you desire a larger, more imposing home, Jesus will make it happen for you. If you desire a majestic entrance, imposing staircases, and a spacious lot with beautiful gardens, Jesus will make sure you get them.
Also, if you desire to have a house facing the sea, Jesus will make sure that you get it in heaven.
Believe in Jesus Christ.
If you want our Lord Jesus to build you a luxurious home in heaven, all you have to do is believe in Him. Listen to what He says to you:
I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?
John 11:25-26
Keep away from sin.
Second, turn away from sin if you want to enter the luxurious home Jesus Christ is building for you. If you don’t turn away from sin, you risk suffering eternally in hell.
