Are you a Christian living in luxury? This article shows you the curse of living in luxury while God’s house is in a sorry state.

Who is God?

First, we need to know that God is the supreme and eternal Being who created the entire universe and everything in it. He is the source of all life, and everything depends on Him for its continued existence.

Also, He provides a path to salvation and eternal life. In fact, our Heavenly Father is more important than any president, king, or any other leader on earth.

God deserves the  best.

Therefore, considering God’s importance, He  deserves the best in everything we do. Our Heavenly Father deserves our best time, offerings, worship, praise, and love. So, you are under a great  curse if you live in luxury while God’s house is in a sorry state.

God’s house (the church) should be the most beautiful in your community.

Given these observations, we must understand that the house of God (the church) should be the most beautiful in your community.

The church is the place where our Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit always come down to meet people. It must be the most beautiful building in your community of residence.

All church interiors should be covered in gold.

All church interiors should be covered in gold.

When discussing church buildings on earth, we must remember that gold is everywhere in heaven where God resides. You find golden lampstands (Rev. 1:12), the golden sash (Rev. 1:13), golden crowns (Rev. 4:4), golden bowls (Rev. 5:8), golden censers (Rev. 8:1), the golden altar before God (Rev. 8:3), and the golden city (Rev. 21:18).

Therefore, in principle, all the interiors of all churches on earth should also be made of gold.

King David understood what God’s house should be like.

Of all the people mentioned in the Bible, it was King david who understood what God’s house should be like.

Listen to what King David said:

David said, “My son Solomon is young and inexperienced, and the house to be built for the Lord should be of great magnificence and fame and splendor in the sight of all the nations. Therefore I will make preparations for it.” So David made extensive preparations before his death.

1 Chronicles 22:5

Therefore, considering King David’s observations, it is a curse to live in luxury while God’s house is in a sorry state.

Build a beautiful church and God will build you a luxurious home.

Finally, I have made an observation regarding the Kingdom of God: if you build a beautiful church for God, he will do the same for you by building you a luxurious house.
