One time, I was working for an organization in Africa that included American expatriates. There was this beautiful American expatriate woman whom I greatly respected. One day, after returning from vacation, she gave me a small gift from Tanzania. As soon as I received the gift, I had a supernatural vision in which the Lord revealed to me the secret life of this respectable woman. I saw her completely naked with three other nude women, engaged in a sex party on a large hotel bed. The vision lasted about four seconds, then disappeared. This person’s physical beauty suddenly became ugly in the spirit world.
Sin makes beautiful faces ugly in the spiritual world.
Indeed, when a beautiful person sins, their face immediately becomes ugly in the spiritual world. Moreover, the more a person sins, the uglier their face becomes.
The faces of Jesse’s sons were horrible in the spirit world.
For example, the prophet Samuel was confused when he went to anoint one of Jesse’s sons to be the next king (see Samuel Chapter 16). He saw some handsome young men and wanted to anoint one of them to be the next king. However, God rejected them because they appeared ugly in the spiritual world.
Although they were handsome, their hearts were filled with sin. This is why their faces appeared so ugly in the spiritual world. Therefore, God rejected them all, except David, who had a pure heart.
