If you pray, and you suddenly feel the presence of God our Father, Jesus Christ, or the Holy Spirit, then be assured that your prayer has reached Heaven.
How does God’s presence feel like?
God’s presence brings a sudden rise in the temperature around you. It feels like an invisible fire is burning your body and your heart.
This is exactly how the two disciples of Jesus Christ felt when the heavenly presence brought by Lord descended from heaven upon their lives.
Listen to what these two disciples said:
They asked each other,
“Were not our hearts burning within us,
while he talked with us on the road,
and opened the Scriptures to us?”

A Bible verse relevant to your situation.
When you pray, and a Bible verse relevant your situation comes to you in one way or another, then know for sure that your prayer has reached Heaven, and God has answered you.
Peace within your heart.
If during your prayer you feel that the burden on your heart has gone away, and you feel peace in your heart, then be assured that your prayer has reached heaven.
Listen to what the written word of God in the Bible says:
Do not be anxious about anything,
but in every situation, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
