1. If you did not consult God.
First, if you never consulted God about the issue that is giving you a headache, then it is very likely that God is not on your side.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.[a]

2. When there is sin.
Second, God will flee if you allow sin to come into your life. In fact, Satan will always come to a place where God has left.
