No bad person on earth.
Dear reader, you may be shocked by what I am about to tell you. There is no single person on earth whom you can say is evil or bad.
Not even in your city, your place of work or in your home. God made all people good, in his image, to behave as God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit do.
Then why are some people viewed as bad or evil?
Satan hates God and his creation. It is Satan and his demons who enter the bodies of such individuals to destroy God’s image and abilities within them.
How do you handle evil persons?
Jesus gave us very clear instructions on how to handle wicked persons. He did not say we hate them or beat them up, instead he said:
“ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Mathew 5:44
We have to love bad persons because in reality they are very good. It is God’s enemy, Satan, who is operating within such individuals to make them look bad. Our battle is with the Devil, not with these individuals.
We have to pray for them as Jesus instructed so that Satan and demons flee from their lives. When we pray for them, God changes their lives to make them very good persons.
Saul
Saul was a very good and kind man. But the devil entered him and he started killing any Christian he saw. These Christians did not hate him or revenge on his life. They followed Jesus’s instructions and prayed for Saul’s conversion. God heard their prayers and intervened to make Saul one of the best Christian the world has ever seen.
The man who lived in tombs.
This man had been so good and well behaved. But evil spirits entered him and made him violent. He started throwing stones at any person who passed near these tombs. Instead of killing him, people in this village followed Jesus’s instructions and prayed for his change.
God heard their prayers and this man was miraculously delivered. After this deliverance everything about this man changed. He became very polite, very smartly dressed, and very courteous. He greeted and loved people in his village; and he started attending church testifying about the goodness of Jesus Christ. Hear what the Bible says about the changed life of this man:
“20 So the man went away and began to tell in the Decapolis[b] how much Jesus had done for him. And all the people were amazed.” Mark 5:20
Pray for bad people.
Dear reader, start praying for the conversion of people you have been viewing as bad or evil. God will intervene in such person’s lives and their change will amaze you.
