Sin opens the door for Satan.
This goes to all Christians who have maintained Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Savior. As long as you walk in righteousness and holiness, Satan will be locked out of your life. No matter how much Satan and demons try to push the doors to your life, they will be firmly locked.
Satan and demons will remain standing outside your life waiting for any available opportunity. The moment you conform to this world and you throw away holiness and righteousness, sin will walk towards the door and open for Satan. At this juncture Satan and demons will not struggle; they will find it very easy entering into your life.
Pushing back Satan.
No matter how much you fight, you may find it very difficult to push back Satan. Even if you called upon the Name of Jesus or his Blood, Satan will keep on coming towards you with fury because the Lord would have already left you to fight with your human strength. No one has ever overcome Satan with their own human strength (Judges 16:20-21).
Only one action will push Satan back.
As Satan and his demons run in your direction to destroy you and the members of your household, only one action on your part at that very moment will stop Satan. If you cry out to God our Father, through his Son Jesus Christ saying you are very sorry; and you seek his forgiveness, promising our Father that you will never repeat such sin again, something supernatural will happen. God will forgive you because it is written in the Bible that:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9.
God will push back Satan.
When you truly repent before God, promising him never to repeat that sin, God will stretch out his mighty hand and push back Satan out of your life. He will lock securely the door to your life so that Satan does not enter again. At this juncture even Jesus Christ will not condemn you. He will only demand one thing from you:
And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you either. Go. From now on sin no more.”
John 8:11.
