Satan and demons usually find it very difficult to attack and enter the lives of true Christians because they are well protected by God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, God’s angels and the Blood of Jesus.

But the Devil does not easily give up. Demons wait patiently until a  Christian creates an open door for their entry. This article presents the Top 10 sins that open doors for demons.

1. Anger.

According to the Word of God, a Christian is not supposed to be angry. The Devil knows that when you become angry you are breaking God’s instruction of Christian living.

Therefore anger will open a door for demons to enter your life.  The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 7:9  that:

Do not be eager in your heart to be angry,
For anger dwells in the heart of fools.

2. Sexual Lust.

Satan knows that a Christian lusting for sex is sinning against God. The Devil’s agents will do their best to create circumstances that force a Christian to lust for sex. As soon as a Christian starts lusting, a door will open allowing many demons to enter his or her life. Jesus said about lust:

You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery’; 28 but I say to you that everyone who [so much as] looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

 (Mathew 5:27-28

3. Sexual immorality (Adultery, fornication, Pornography, Promiscuous, etc)

Sexual immorality will open a door for thousands of demons to enter your life.

4. Envy

Envy will open a door for demons of Anger, Murder, Revenge, Injustice, Poverty and Sickness to enter your life.

5. Sorcery and witchcraft.

God hates sorcery and witchcraft. If you are a Christian and you participate in anything related to sorcery and witchcraft, you will open a door for many demons to enter your life.

6. Stealing.

The Bible says in Exodus 20:15 that:

You shall not steal.

7. Bitterness.

Bitterness is a sin that opens a door for demons to torment you.

8. Fear.

When you become afraid, then you have lost your faith in God. Fear is a sin that will open a door for other demons to torment you.

9. Pride.

Why do you think the Bible says in Proverbs 11:2 that:

When pride comes [boiling up with an arrogant attitude of self-importance], then come dishonor and shame.

It is because when you become proud, you open a door for other demons to torment you. These demons may include Lust, Sexual immorality, Anger, Adultery, and  demons of sickness. All these will lead to your downfall.

10. Drunkedness

If you are a Christian and you become drunk, then you have opened a door for many demons to torment you.

Prayer that blocks Satan.

      Dear Sylvia,

I know what you going through. If you seek God with all your heart, you will be delivered. Do you know of any responsible anointed minister of God in your area? You can contact him/her and she prays for your total deliverance. I do not live in the USA but I like Anna Werner’s ministry. She is the type of God’s minister who can initiate your total deliverance. She is also God’s seer – able to tell you what is going on in your spiritual life.
