God is bound by His own written word

To begin with, if you want to get God’s attention; and if you want God to give you what you want, then quote His Word in the Bible. The reason you will get results is that God is bound by His own written word.

Moreover, God himself has said that:

               I will not violate my covenant
                 or alter what my lips have uttered.

    Psalm 89:34

 

Heaven reacts to God’s Word.

As a  matter of fact, the moment you quote God’s written Word in the Bible, heaven will respond by activating God our Father, Jesus Christ, and God’s angels.

When Jesus was being tempted he quoted four Scriptures:

1. It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’^[b]

Luke 4:4

2. Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’^[a]”

 Luke  4:8

3. It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’^[d]

  Luke 4:12

What happened next is for the Devil to flee and God sent His angels angels from  heaven to help our Lord Jesus Christ.

Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

   Mathew 4:11

 

The Devil and Demons also use God’s Word.

Additionally, God is so bound by His Word in the Bible that even the Devil and demons quote it to get what they want from Him.

For example, if a Christian person makes a false accusation, Satan may tell God that:

‘Is it not written that “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor” Exodus 20:16, then grant me permission to tempt that Christian’ 

Because God honors His Word, He will allow Satan to tempt that Christian. The Devil will tempt by sending many demons into the life of that Christian.
