Dear reader, did you know that you need a ticket to enter heaven? Yes, you do. God’s angels will be standing at the gates of heaven to verify that ticket. By the time you finish reading this article, you should have gotten your ticket to heaven.
Someone has already paid for your ticket.
God loves you so much that He bought you the ticket to heaven that is right for you. He gave His only beloved Son Jesus Christ to you so that if you believe in Jesus Christ, you should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).
How to Get the Ticket to Heaven.
Say this prayer:
Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that there is nothing I can do to save myself. I confess my utter helplessness to forgive my own sin or make my way to heaven. Right now, I am trusting in Jesus Christ alone as the One who bore my sin when He died on the cross.
I believe He has done all that is necessary for me to stand in Your holy presence. I thank You that Christ rose from the dead as a guarantee of my own resurrection. As best I can, I now commit my trust to Him. I am grateful that He has promised to receive me despite my many sins and failures.
Father, I take You at Your Word. I thank You that I can face death now that You are my Savior. Thank you for the gift of salvation assuring me eternal life. Thank You for hearing this prayer. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
What You Must Do From Now Until You Enter Heaven.
First, pray Always. Prayer means talking to God. He will listen to you and guide your life according to His will in heaven.
Second, be baptized by immersion. Jesus was baptized by immersion, so you must follow His example.
Third, read the Bible daily. God’s Word directs your steps according to His will in heaven.
Additionally, attend church regularly.
Also, stay away from sin.
And, be a witness of Jesus Christ to the unsaved.
