At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.
What can I do for my name to be written in the Book of Life?
Meanwhile, all you have to do is to accept our Lord Jesus Christ as the savior of your life. After this acceptance, you need to live a life of repentance and holiness.
Jesus can erase your name from the Book of Life.
On the contrary, God’s angels will erase from the Book of Life the name of any person who fails to overcome sin. Hear what the Bible says in Revelation 3:5:
The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.

Furthermore, next to your name, God’s angels will write every good thing you have done on earth. Jesus Christ will use your good deeds on earth to determine your great rewards in heaven.
Therefore, let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
