This is an urgent message to all Christians. Do not give up your faith and good works. Jesus is returning with your heavenly reward!

What the Bible says.

Before going any further, we need to understand what the written word of God in the Bible says on this subject. Hear what our Heavenly Father says in Mathew 16:27:

²⁷ For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.

 

Jesus will reward those who are patiently waiting for him.

Second, do not give up if you have been patiently waiting for our Lord Jesus Christ. The written word of God in the Bible says he will return with your reward:

 

²⁸ so also Christ died only once as an offering for the sins of many people; and he will come again, but not to deal again with our sins.

This time he will come bringing salvation to all those who are eagerly and patiently waiting for him.

Hebrews 9:2

 

These three things you must do.

Therefore, if you are to get your reward from our Lord Jesus Christ, then these four things you must do:

1. Read God’s written word in the Bible always. The word of God in the Bible is the light that shows you the road to heaven.
2. Turn away from sin and seek holiness always. The devil and demons use sin to drive God’s people away from the road to heaven.
3. Always attend church, especially on the Lord’s day (Sunday). God’s heavenly angels are most active in God’s house (the church). This is where they deliver to you most of the heavenly blessings. Therefore, let us not neglect church meetings, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.
