Sin makes you rebel against God.
Third, sin is not just a set of actions, but an act of rebellion against God’s authority and an offense against His character. It’s a rejection of God’s will and a turning away from Him.
Consequences of Sin.
The written word of God in the Bible teaches that sin leads to spiritual death, which is separation from God. It also brings about physical death and other negative consequences.
Restoration.
While sin creates a separation, God has provided a way for restoration through Jesus Christ. Through faith in Jesus and His sacrifice, believers can be reconciled to God and have their sins forgiven, breaking down the barrier of sin.
Jesus Christ will give you a new life
In conclusion, the Bible states that through faith in Jesus, a person becomes a new creation, with old things passing away and all things becoming new. This signifies a spiritual transformation and a new way of living centered on Christ. Also, Jesus also offers the promise of eternal life, where believers will live forever with God after death, based on their faith in Him.
