Dear eader, the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases and his mercies never come to an end. This Bible verse miraculously restored my lost job.

My Christian Ministry and My Secular Jobs.

To begin, in addition to my Christian ministry, I have always held various secular jobs. The income from these jobs has always helped me support my family and the ministry God entrusted to me.

How it all began.

I recall that at the beginning of my ministry I was working as a senior administrator at an international research organization. One morning, my boss called me into his office unexpectedly, without prior notice. He informed me that the organization’s senior management had met and concluded that I did not possess all the necessary qualifications for the position I held. Therefore, the organization needed someone more qualified than I. Consequently, my job position was  advertised in two major national newspapers.

God gave me a strange Bible verse.

As you can imagine, I was devastated by the news. In fact, I spent the entire night awake. However, during my nightly prayer time, I decided to bring this matter to our Heavenly Father.

After praying, I opened my Bible at random, and something supernatural happened. The page I opened was the book of Matthew, chapter 21.

Suddenly, like a beautiful butterfly, verse 42 leaped off the page and flew right up to my eyes.

This verse said:

42 Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures:

“‘The stone the builders rejected
    has become the cornerstone;
the Lord has done this,
and it is marvelous in our eyes’[a]?

Matthew 21:42

From my previous experience, I knew this was our Heavenly  Father talking to me directly from His written word in the Bible. In fact, God was telling me that no one will take my job.

All candidates interviewed were rejected.

Subsequently, seven candidates were shortlisted and interviewed. However, for one reason or another, none of them were hired. For example, the best candidate was a highly qualified woman, but she was rejected because she requested a very high salary.

Interestingly, the other successful candidates had their own issues that prevented them from being hired.

The rejected stone became the cornerstone.

Later, the organization’s leadership was confused, as they didn’t want to advertise the position again. Finally, one morning my boss called me into his office and informed me that the leadership had met and decided to keep me on.

Therefore, I retained my job just as God had indicated in His word to me!

The weapon to stop Satan is actually found in Luke 11:4
