Dear reader, human suffering comes in many forms and from many causes. However, some people suffer because they refused to serve God.
God calls many people, but they do not listen.
First, in this generation, our Heavenly Father is calling many people to serve Him in extending His kingdom on earth. Sadly, very few respond positively to God’s call. The rest either do not discern His voice or deliberately refuse to answer.
God calls both men and women to serve Him.
Regarding Christian ministry, some Christians believe that God only calls men to serve Him. This is a misconception. Our Heavenly Father calls many women to advance His kingdom in various ways.
God compares a rebellious person to a witch.
In fact, our Heavenly Father detests Christians who refuse to serve Him. He compares them to witches and sorcerers. Therefore, He will judge them severely. They will live difficult lives, and nothing they do will prosper.
My family suffered because my wife refused to serve God.
I remember that my wife and I received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior in the same year. Four years after my conversion, the Lord entrusted me with a worldwide ministry. Likewise, the Lord called my wife to Christian ministry. He wanted her to plant a church in the area where she grew up.
However, my wife completely rejected God’s call and always made excuses. As a result, my family suffered greatly because of her rebellion. Finally, after many years of rebellion, she accepted God’s call and has since planted four churches. The Lord restored our blessings as soon as she obeyed.
Find out if God is calling you to serve Him.
Therefore, when you face difficult problems in life, it is best to first find out if God is calling you to ministry. You can do this by asking God directly in prayer, asking your pastor, or consulting with God’s prophets.
