Dear reader, if you are a true Christian, who received Jesus Christ as the Lord of  your life, and you have not been attending the Sunday church service, you better start doing so starting this coming Sunday because of the reasons I am going to give you.

Honoring God.

Attending the Sunday church service is one of the ways you honor our Father in Heaven, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

Honoring God’s resting day.

Going to church on Sunday in one of the ways you honor God’s resting day (see Exodus 20:8-11). Listen to what the word of God says:

Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work,

but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work,

neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals,

nor any foreigner residing in your towns.

For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them,

but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

God meeting his people.

A church building is called God’s house because that is where God our Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, usually meet people on Earth.

God’s angels.

When God sends his messenger angels from heaven to you, they are more likely to look for you at church than at your home (see Luke 1:5-20).

Building your house in heaven.

Every time you attend church, you are contributing building materials to your house that is being built in heaven.

God blessing his people.

The church building is a place where God blesses his people on earth. There is a direct connection between heaven and genuine church buildings on earth.

Attending Sunday service is counted in heaven.

Prayer that blocks Satan.
