Dear reader, according to the Bible, a Christian is not supposed to marry an unbeliever. Here are five reasons why a Christian should never marry a non-Christian.
1. Jesus Christ is asking you this question.
First, our Lord Jesus Christ is asking you these questions:
Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
2 Corinthians 6:14
2. The Holy Spirit will flee from you.
Second, if you marry a non-Christian, your body will be bound to that of the devil. Therefore, the Holy Spirit will flee from you.
Hence, you will no longer be the temple of God.
3. Your light will gradually be turned into darkness.
Third, when you become one with an unbeliever, all the light within you turns into darkness. You will become a spiritually blind person. In fact, you will be like Samson whose light suddenly turned into darkness.

Then the Philistines seized him, gouged out his eyes and took him down to Gaza.
Judges 16:21
4. You will no longer be a free person.
Additionally, when you marry an unbeliever, you will no longer be a free person. In fact, you will always be kept in spiritual slavery. This is exactly what happened to Samson who married an unbeliever.

Binding him with bronze shackles, they set him to grinding grain in the prison.
Judges 16:21
5. Death can come to you any time.
Furthermore, if you become bonded with a non-Christian, death can come to you any time. As you may know, Samson was a spiritually powerful servant of God. However, after bonding with a non-believer, death suddenly descended upon him.
