First of all, you annoy God if you are a devoted Christian and you marry or get married to a non-believer. Our Heavenly Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit will all be angry with you.

14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial[b]? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God.

You are pleasing Satan and the demons.
Third, it pleases Satan and all the demons when a devout Christian marries or gets married to a non-believer. In fact, Satan always commands the demons to do their best so that devout Christians get yoked together with non-believers.
Your marriage will be full of problems.
Additionally, expect problems if a devout Christian marries or gets married to an unbeliever. The spirit of God that indwells the believer in Jesus Christ will always fight the spirit of the devil in the life of an unbeliever. Therefore, there will be regrets, anger, arguments, curses, and even death in that marriage.
Who will change who?
Interestingly, some believers have said they would pray for their unbelieving spouses to become devout Christians. Moreover, these Christians are unaware that their unbelieving spouses are strategizing daily to convert devout Christians into unbelievers. So, who will change who?
