Dear reader, are you facing great trials in your life? The greater your trials, the greater your miracle, says God.
Despite the trials, God is very near you.
To begin with, we must understand that despite the great trials you are facing, our Heavenly Father is very near you.
This is exactly what happened in the case of Daniel and his two friends. As they were thrown into the great fire, one would think that God had abandoned them. The truth is that even in their trials inside the great fire, God was so near them. King Nebuchadnezzar saw an angel standing with the three men in the fire and he asked like this:
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”
25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
Through your trials, God will show His power.
In fact, great trials come into your life for a reason. They come so that God’s mighty power may be displayed. Moreover, it is difficult for God to show his power without the trials you are facing.
This is exactly what happened in the life of God’s servant Job. This servant of God lost everything he had. He lost d seven sons and three daughters, seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen and five hundred donkeys. Additionally, he lost all his servants and he was no longer the greatest man among all the people of the East.
However, through Job’s great trials, God displayed his power by restoring double what Job lost.
