Dear reader, many Christians are confused because they don’t know what to do next. This article presents ten things a wise Christian does.

A wise person puts all his trust in God.

First, if you want a blessed life, you have to put all your trust in God. Hear what God’s word in the Bible says:

Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].

Philippians 4:6-7

A wise Christian accepts Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Secondly, a wise Christian accepts Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Hear what  the Bible says:

For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.

    Romans 5:10-11

A wise person does not talk too much.

 When there are many words,

transgression and offense are unavoidable,

But he who controls his lips and keeps thoughtful silence is wise.

    Proverbs 10:19

A wise Christian is not easily annoyed.

He who is slow to anger,

has great understanding [and profits from his self-control],

But he who is quick-tempered exposes and exalts his foolishness [for all to see]

 Proverbs 14:29

Focus on heavenly things.

Additionally, a wise Christian focuses more on heavenly things. They focus less on worldly things.

Pursues righteousness.

But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after)

His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God],

and all these things will be given to you also.

                Mathew 6:33

Does not make friends with evil doers.

         Leave me, you evildoers,

That I may keep the commandments of my God [honoring and obeying them].

Psalm 119:115

A wise Christian remains humble.

When pride comes [boiling up with an arrogant attitude of self-importance],

then come dishonor and shame,
But with the humble [the teachable who have been chiseled by trial and who have learned to walk humbly with God]

there is wisdom and soundness of mind.

   Proverbs 11:2

A wise person avoids quarrels, disputes and wars.

Moreover, you will be considered wise if you avoid quarrels, conflicts and wars.

A wise Christian invests in God’s Kingdom.

Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

Prayer that blocks Satan.
