Dear reader, many Christians fall into hell everyday because of the misconceptions they held when they were still living on earth.

“Once saved, always saved.”

Any Christian with this belief will ultimately end in hell because salvation is a daily experience. The devil daily brings temptations and trials in the lives of Christians, some of which we fail.

This is the reason Jesus Christ asked every Christian to repent daily by saying:

Forgive us our sins,
as we have forgiven those who sin against us.

(see Matthew 6:12).

“Evil spirits can’t dwell in the body of a Christian.”

Because of sin and prayerlessness, God our Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in the body of a Christian all the time. As a result evil spirits can enter a body of a Christian person.

A Christian has to pray, repent, cast out these evil spirits and then invite the Holy Spirit to dwell within his body.

“God is so merciful to send a Christian to Hell.”

Many Christians have extended God’\s mercy too far. They continue living in sin believing that God will always forgive them.

As a result, these Christians have found themselves in hell.

“There is no Hell.”

This is a dangerous belief. Hell is real, and Jesus Christ mentioned it in the story of the Rich man and Lazarus (see Luke 16:19-31).

“Satan cannot go near God’s presence.”

The devil goes into God’s presence day and night to accuse Christians before God as shown by the following three Bible verses:

One day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord,

and Satan[b] also came with them.

(Job 1:6).

On another day the angels[a] came to present themselves before the Lord,

and Satan also came with them to present himself before him.

(Job 2:1).

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power
and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
    has been hurled down.

Revelation 12:10

“The devil cannot talk to God.”

Satan talks to, and even make arguments with our Father in Heaven. Biblical proof is found in Job 1:6-12 and Job 2:1-6.

This is important because some Christians who are at the point of entering heaven are denied entry after Satan presents proof to God and angels about the sins the Christian committed when they were still living on earth.

With such proof, God has no option but to allow Satan to take that Christian to Hell (see Job 1:12 and Job 2:6)
