Satan is always against the expansion of the Kingdom of God. One of the ways he fights is by stealing the finances of God’s people. This article lists 10 ways Satan steals the finances of Christians.
1. Your prosperity comes from Heaven. One way Satan robs Christians is to intercept their spiritual blessings as they descend from heaven to earth.
You can prevent this interception by being faithful in tithing, and giving church offerings. When you do so, God will deploy His Warrior Angels to protect your spiritual blessings.
2. Hindering business activity.
Satan may attack Christian finances by hindering production and sales. This is clearly illustrated by the miraculous catch of fish by Simon Peter and his friends.
Simon replied,
“Master, we worked hard all night [to the point of exhaustion] and caught nothing [in our nets], but at Your word I will [do as you say and] lower the nets [again].”
Luke 5:5
3. Satan may block ideas of prosperity from your mind.
Prosperity comes from having the right ideas at the right time. Demons can block these ideas from your mind.
4. Demons may cause financial losses.
Prevent this loss by being faithful in tithing, and giving church offerings. When you do so, God will deploy His Warrior Angels to prevent losses.
5. Demons may cause the theft of some of your properties or assets.
Prevent this loss by being faithful in tithing, and giving church offerings. God will deploy His warrior angels to protect your properties and assets.
6. Satan may cause accidents in your properties and assets.
Being faithful in tithing and giving church offerings will prevent this loss.
7. Satan may cause fraudsters and cheats to come your way.
8. Satan may cause you to forget all about God’s Kingdom.
As you conduct your businesses, stay focused on God’s Kingdom by attending Church services, interacting with your pastor, giving tithes and offerings, and investing in Church projects, especially in the preaching of the Gospel to the lost populations.
But you will experience a lot of losses if you stay away from God’s Kingdom.
Jesus said:
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Mathew 6:19-21
