Talk to God now!
Dear reader, are you healthy? Are you a free person? Can you speak freely? Then I ask you to do one thing. Start talking to God right now! I will tell you why.
An accident is happening right now.
As you read this article, an accident is happening somewhere in the world. There is a person involved in this accident who is still breathing but can no longer speak.
This person cannot call upon the name of the Lord for help. If this person dies in sin, he will have no opportunity to repent. He will go straight to hell.
If you are able to speak, why don’t you start talking to God right now, asking for forgiveness and eternal life?
Someone is seriously ill right now.
If you go to a large hospital near you and have a chance to go around the wards, you will see many patients who are so sick that they are unable to speak.
They cannot call upon the name of God for forgiveness. So if you are able to speak now, why don’t you speak to God now?
There is a funeral going on right now.
As you read this sentence, there is a funeral going on for a person who never had the opportunity to talk to God or Jesus Christ right before they died. That person may be headed to hell. So if you are able, why don’t you talk to God right now?
Someone in a restricted environment.
Right now, there is someone who doesn’t have the freedom to speak like you do. That person may be behind bars, in torture chambers, or in a restricted environment.
They can’t talk to God or call on the name of Jesus Christ. So if you are a free person, I plead with you to start talking to God right now.
Call on the name of Jesus Christ because it is written in Romans 10:13 that:
13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”[a]
