Dear reader, something supernatural happens when you read the Bible regularly. A miracle happened when I started reading the Bible every day.
I had an intense thirst for God.
Two years after my conversion, I felt a deep longing to know the kingdom of God. Reading the Bible made me feel like I was unlocking divine mysteries. Furthermore, I constantly searched for verses that would give me supernatural strength. That’s why I started reading the Bible every day after work. When I read the Bible, I always locked myself in my room so that nothing would disturb me.
The Bible verse that intrigued me.
I remember one evening when, after finishing my work, I locked myself in my small room to read the Bible. The passage I randomly opened contained this verse:
31 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”
Luke 22:31-32
In fact, this verse raised many questions for me. For example, who was Satan addressing? Why did he ask someone for permission instead of directly attacking the disciples? Why did Satan need authorization? Why did Jesus pray for his disciples? Given his power, why didn’t Jesus simply kick Satan to silence him?
Supernatural fire came into my room.
Suddenly, something supernatural happened to me. The atmosphere in my room abruptly changed. An invisible fire engulfed the room. At first I thought the room had caught fire, but there was no visible smoke or fire flames. My heart was set on fire and it started burning, though I did not feel any pain. Then, I realised that this was the mighty presesnce of God.
The Seven Bible Verses God Revealed to Me.
Miraculously, the Lord revealed seven Bible verses to me that answered all my questions about Luke 22:31-32. I felt as if an unseen presence was helping me open the Bible and showing me the verses one by one. These seven verses were: Luke 22:31-32, Job 1:6, Job 2:1, Job 1:9-10, Revelation 12:10, Matthew 4:1, and Luke 11:4.
This miraculous experience marked the beginning of this ministry.
