One of the hardest aspects of faith is the discipline of waiting. However, Scripture routinely emphasizes that waiting upon the Lord is a active position of spiritual strength, not passive laziness. The waiting period refines patience, builds endurance, and strengthens spiritual maturity.

God sees the entire picture and aligns events perfectly, far beyond human understanding. As a result, those who wait on God find fresh energy to endure trials without breaking. Rushing ahead of God always leads to danger, just as Abraham and Sarah faced severe consequences when they tried to fulfill God’s promises through their own desperate schemes.
The Ultimate Reward.
God never abandons those who put their absolute trust in Him. Taking refuge in the Lord ensures eventual victory, peace, and restoration.
