Dear reader, our Heavenly Father has already appointed you for a special mission. God is moulding you into a special vessel.
God is shaping you.
To begin with, our Heavenly Father is actively shaping you into a unique instrument, destined to carry His love and truth into the world. Indeed, our Heavenly Father is the supreme Potter; you are the malleable clay on His wheel. During this shaping process, God allows trials and challenges that forge your character. He uses these moments to strip away your pride and selfish desires. This process requires time, patience, and submission. You must understand that you are undergoing a divine transformation. God desires for you to possess the qualities of a chosen instrument, ready to be used by Him. A true servant of God demonstrates faith, patience, purity, endurance, a heart quick to forgive, and a life marked by prayer and the reading of His written Word in the Bible.
Purity.
Secondly, an instrument must be clean to be useful. God purifies our hearts and minds so that we may reflect His goodness.
Availability.
Furthermore, belonging to God means being ready when He calls. A servant stands ready to act, wherever and whenever God needs him.
Humility.
God wants you to set aside your ego and embrace the humility of Jesus Christ. True strength comes from total reliance on God’s power rather than your own.
Patience.
Moreover, God wants you to become someone capable of accepting delays, difficulties, or setbacks without complaining or becoming angry.
Helping others.
God is shaping you into an instrument capable of bringing and spreading blessings to others. You receive His Word and share it with those around you. A willing spirit.
God does not seek perfection, but a willing spirit. He transforms ordinary, imperfect people into extraordinary instruments for His kingdom. When we surrender our own plans, He fills us with the Holy Spirit. We then become ready for every good work that our Lord Jesus Christ has prepared for us.
