Dear reader, when you read the four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, you will realize that Jesus Christ, unlike most of us, was rarely hungry. The reason for this is that He constantly depended on spiritual food. This article will tell you the food that Jesus Christ ate.
This is what Jesus said about the food he ate.
To begin, listen to what Jesus said to his disciples one day when they were afraid he was hungry:
They came out of the town and made their way toward him. 31 Meanwhile his disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat something.” 32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.” 33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could someone have brought him food?” 34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.”

Jesus was always meditating on God’s word written in the Bible.
Considering the Bible verse mentioned above, Jesus always wanted to do the will of God. What Heavenly Father wanted Jesus to do can only be found in the Bible. Therefore, Jesus Christ was always reading God’s will for him found in the Bible.
Jesus always ate God’s word.
Since Jesus always wanted to do God’s will, he spent most of his time reading or meditating on God’s word. Consequently, he never felt hungry at all.
The word of God makes your spirit strong.
When you read the written Word of God, it makes your spirit and soul very strong. When your spirit and soul are strong, your body will remain strong always.
Start eating the food Jesus ate.
Therefore, if you want to be like our Lord Jesus Christ, start eating the written word of God in the Bible. You may ask me whether you wont starve. But listen to what Jesus said about this question:
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’[a]”
