Dear reader, while you sleep at night, Satan can use a wicked person to curse your life. This is what happened to me one night. But God is so good because He stopped these curses from harming my life. In this article I show you how to protect your life from curses.
The Parable of the Weed.
In the parable of the weeds, Jesus Christ compared the kingdom of God to a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came, sowed weeds among the wheat, and left. Matthew 13:24-43
There are two things to learn from this parable. First, the Devil is always looking for ways to plant evil spirits (curses) in your life. Secondly, the most opportune time Satan prefers to plant these weeds (curses) is at night, when you are sound asleep.
The man who cursed me.
I once worked at a place where a staff member was deeply involved in the occult and witchcraft. He hated everything that had to do with Jesus Christ. This was the reason why he cursed my life.
One night while I was sleeping, the Lord clearly revealed to me in a dream how this man was bringing curses over my life. In this dream I clearly saw him smoking using a traditional pipe. Every time he exhaled smoke, he blew it in my direction while chanting curses and pointing at my life saying:
Makko be damned.
Then suddenly I woke up from this dream! After praying, I sat on my bed wondering what to do. It was at that time that I heard the voice of God instructing me as follows:
Tomorrow I want you to tell this man what you dreamed about him.
I was somehow hesitant to obey God’s instructions because I am a man of peace. But would I disobey God? That’s why the next day, during the staff break, at tea time at my workplace, I chose to sit near this man. After greeting him, I started a conversation as follows:
Brother, I didn’t know you are a smoker.
“What do you mean?” he asked me.
I replied like this:
Last night I saw you in a dream. In this dream you were smoking a traditional pipe. One thing I never liked about this dream was the breath of smoke you exhaled at me!
This man got the message. He knew that God had revealed to me everything He had done the night before. God’s tactic worked. This old man was so embarrassed that he didn’t say anything else.
God exposed him to the point that he never cursed my life again. A few years later, this man died miserably.
