You send shockwaves into the spiritual realm.
When you read a psalm of spiritual warfare aloud, you generate a powerful supernatural energy that resonates in Satan’s realm. The impact is devastating for Satan and the demons.
For example, Satan, demons and witches attacking you will stumble and fall when you read aloud that:
When the wicked advance against me
to devour[a] me,
it is my enemies and my foes
who will stumble and fall.
Psalm 27:2
Jesus confronted Satan with the power of the written word.
Furthermore, our Lord Jesus Christ modeled this same warfare strategy. When facing Satan in the desert, Christ did not improvise his prayers. He proclaimed the written word of God aloud. He used Scripture as a weapon, saying, “It is written.” This specific act gave Jesus the power to overcome the enemy’s attack.
You align yourself with God.
Reciting the Psalms aligns your mind directly with divine truth. You set aside human doubt. Consequently, Satan, demons and witches will view you as a very powerful person.
You declare your identity.
Speaking the verses of the Psalms in spiritual warfare accurately declares who you are in God. Your identity becomes unshakeable.
You activate the angels.
The heavenly hosts do not respond to human complaints. Angels are activated only upon hearing the written word of God.
You cause demons and witches to flee.
Satan and the demons do not fear human opinions. However, they are paralyzed with fear at the mere sight of God’s written word. They flee immediately.
Transform your environment by reading the Psalms aloud.
Silent reading limits the Bible to intellectual study. However, reciting the Psalms transforms the text into a living, piercing sword.
Change your environment from one of defeat to one of absolute authority. Stop simply asking God for help. Begin transforming reality by reading aloud His fire in the Book of Psalms.
