Dear reader, the heavens have something to tell you about your problems. Satan wants you to blame God, but don’t do it.
God is always good.
To begin with, you need to understand that God is always good. Many Bible verses highlight the fact that God is all the time good, merciful, and a safe place in hard times. For example, consider Psalm 100:5. It says:
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Psalm 100:5
If God is good, why do some faithfuls suffer?
In reality, many Christians suffer from the accusations Satan levels against them daily before the heavenly court. The devil accuses them before God every day for one reason or another, but most believers are unaware of it. Surprisingly, most of these accusations are true, and God therefore allows Satan to test these believers. This is precisely what happened to Job, God’s servant. He endured great trials without knowing that Satan was the source of all his suffering.
The devil is always trying to make you blame God.
Faced with all the trials Christians encounter, Satan constantly pushes them to blame God. He wants them to believe that God is the cause of their misfortunes. This is why many Christians end up losing their faith and perishing in hell.
Job never blamed God.
Although he lost seven sons and three daughters, seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred donkeys, Job never blamed God. He understood that God was not the cause of his misfortunes. That is why he remained faithful to his faith.
Jesus has given us a weapon against Satan.
Fortunately, our Lord Jesus Christ has given us a weapon to overcome Satan’s accusations [Read: The weapon to stop Satan is actually found in Luke 11:4].
In conclusion, while thanking God for his faithfulness, always ask him to forgive your sins and not to allow Satan to test you.
