      Dear Brother,

I have prayed for you. What you must know is that you also have take action by doing the following:

      1. Every morning you start with the Lord’s Prayer so that you are not led into temptation.
      2. Whenever you feel the spirit of lust, lay your hands on your head and pray as follows: “It is written that whatever we bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven (Mathew 18:18), you spirits of lust and adultery I bind you and cast you away into the desert. It is also written that my body is the temple of God (1 Cor 6:19-20): Father in Heaven and the Holy Spirit, come and dwell within my body”
3.Show self-restraint whenever you are tempted. When you resist the Devil, the spirit of lust will flee from you (James 4:7).

      Makko
