Dear reader, if you are a Christian, an hour should never pass without your thinking about Heaven. The main reason you have to think about Heaven is that it is the place where you will spend your eternity. There are many checkpoints and roadblocks to Heaven. Ask God to reveal to you your hidden sins.
If you are a Christian, and you are still living here on Earth, then you better start praying now. Pray that our Father in Heaven helps you go through the last checkpoint to Heaven. Ask God to reveal to you any sin in your life that may hinder your going through this last checkpoint.
When you pray like this, our Father in Heaven will reveal to you your hidden sins. You must stop these sins in your life so that they do not prevent you from entering Heaven.
Hurdles at the last checkpoint.
The final checkpoint to Heaven is where God’s angels will check if there is any hidden sin in your life that you did not repent while still on Earth. If there is any, then the gate to Heaven may not be opened for you.
It is at this checkpoint where the Devil and demons will wait to accuse you to prevent you from entering Heaven. You may fail to go through the final checkpoint if God’s angels realize that Satan’s accusations are correct.
Live a life of repentance.
If you are to pass through the final checkpoint to Heaven, then you must live a life of repentance. To ensure that we go through the last checkpoint to Heaven, our Lord Jesus Christ instructed us to pray like this all the time:
Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.[a]
And lead us not into temptation.[b]’”
