Dear reader, some Christians are confused by the written word of God saying “Lead us not into temptation” (see Luke 11:4). In this article I am going to tell you what the Lord told me about “Lead us not into temptation

In order to understand “Lead us not into into temptation“, you must understand the following facts.

Fact number 1.

Satan must get God’s permission before he tempts any Christian.

For this reason the Devil must go to our Father in Heaven to seek this permission. The Lord gave me Luke 22:31-32 to prove this fact.

Fact number 2.

Satan daily goes before God.

The Lord gave me Job 1:6, and Job 2:1 to prove this fact.

Fact number 3.

The reason Satan goes daily before God is to accuse Christians.

Satan makes these accusations so that God gives him permission to tempt Christians. The Lord gave me Job 1:9-10, and Revelation 12:10 to prove this fact.

Fact number 4.

Satan uses Bible verses to accuse Christians.

If a Christian acts against God’s written word in the Bible, Satan will use that Bible verse to accuse that Christian before God. Because God always honors his written word, he will give the Devil permission to tempt that Christian.

Fact number 5.

Our Father in Heaven can give Satan permission to tempt any Christian.

Check Job 1:12 to prove this fact.

Fact number 6.

Our Father in Heaven can lead a Christian into situations of temptation.

Our Father in Heaven led his son Jesus Christ to the Devil to be tempted. The Lord gave me Mathew 4:1 to prove this fact.

Fact number 7.

The Lord told me that if Christians can always ask him not to lead them into temptation, then he will always deny Satan permission to tempt them.

Every Christian must always say the Lord’s Prayer and ask our Father in Heaven as follows:

Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.[a]
And lead us not into temptation.[b]

 Luke 11:4

Alt=What the Lord told me about "Lead us not into temptation"

“Father, don’t lead me to the devil again for being tempted.”

Our Lord Jesus Christ daily prayed the Lord’s Prayer. Jesus daily asked Father in Heaven not to lead him to the devil again to be tempted.

Our Father in Heaven always heard Jesus’s prayer. God never led Jesus Christ again to the devil to be tempted.

Prayer that blocks Satan.
