God cares always.
Many people feel that God does not care when hard times hit. They look at their pain and wonder where help is. The truth is that God cares a lot. However, a fierce spiritual battle stands behind many human struggles.
The real enemy is Satan’s kingdom.
Satan and his dark kingdom wage war against human success and happiness. The Bible warns about unseen forces at work in the world. These include: principalities of darkness in heavenly places, rulers of darkness, authorities of darkness, demons, witches, and human enemies who wish hinder your sucess. These dark forces fight hard to stop good things from happening. They try to block God’s blessings from reaching your life. They work to steal your peace, joy, and riches. When bad things happen, it is often the work of this evil system, not a lack of love from God.
Job serves as a good example.
When the devil attacked Job, he never realised that all the destruction around him was caused by Satan. Job thought that God was the cause of all his problems. In fact, Job never realised that there is a heavenly tribunal where all the decisions affect people’s lives are made.
You need to pray.
Because the enemy fights hard, you must also fight back. Prayer is your main weapon in this battle. You cannot stay quiet or give up when hard times come. There is a great need to pray against these enemy forces using the written word of God in the Bible. You must pray with strength and keep going until you win. Prayer opens the door for God’s power to move and break the chains holding you back. Do not blame God for the attacks of the enemy. Instead, stand strong, use the Bible, and pray through every hard time until victory is yours.
