Dear reader, if you are not careful about what you watch, your eyes can lead you into serious trouble. They can lead you into eternal suffering.
In this article I show you why your eyes can lead you to hell.
What you did not know about your eyes.
Your eyes are like a video recorder. They watch and record everything you set your eyes on. Except if you wash yourself with the blood of Jesus Christ, your eyes can keep a record of everything evil you have ever seen.
Your memory works by checking the archive in your mind to retrieve copies of the stored images.
Pornography.
You will not be allowed in heaven if your spiritual eyes contain stored images of pornography that you watched from movies, photos, and books.
Repent now and ask our Father in heaven to cleanse your eyes with the blood of Jesus Christ. If you don’t, you may find yourself in hell.
Eyes filled with lust.
You can easily end up in hell if you allow your eyes to be filled with sexual desire by looking at a woman or a man. From now you have to discipline your eyes.
Disregard anything that can lead you to hell. Focus your eyes on things that glorify God our Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
Your eyes can bring darkness to your spiritual life.
If you allow your eyes to be filled with lust or to watch pornographic images, then darkness will take over your spiritual life.
Listen to what Jesus Christ said:
The eye is the lamp of the body.
If your eyes are healthy,[a] your whole body will be full of light.
But if your eyes are unhealthy,[b] your whole body will be full of darkness.
If then the light within you is darkness,
how great is that darkness!
Matthew 6:22-23
Feed your eyes with holy images.
When you nourish your eyes with holy images, your whole body will be full of light and life (see Matthew 6:22-23).
Your eyes can lead you to hell.
