Dear reader, I have something to tell you about your supernatural abilities. Your hands possess God’s healing power, but you don’t realize it.
Our Heavenly Father lives in you.
First, you must understand that our Heavenly Father dwells in you. Haven’t you heard that you are a temple of God?
The Holy Spirit dwells in you.
Second, you must also know that the person of the Holy Spirit lives in your body. Haven’t you heard that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?
Your body is part of the body of Christ.
Furthermore, haven’t you heard that you are part of the body of our Lord Jesus Christ?
Your hands possess tremendous supernatural power.
Everything I have mentioned so far makes you a very powerful person. In fact, there is great supernatural power in your hands. Therefore, Jesus Christ gave you the power to lay hands on the sick, and they are healed.
Listen to what Jesus Christ said:
And these signs will accompany those who believe: they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.
Mark 16:17-18
This really happened to me.
I remember a car accident near our house. I rushed to the scene and saw that one of the vehicles had hit a little boy, about seven years old, who was on his way to school. I was horrified to see that his body was lifeless. His eyes had gone white, wide open, and completely motionless. At that moment, about ten people, visibly saddened, were surrounding the body.
Suddenly, I heard an inner voice tell me:
“Place your right hand on this boy’s face.”
I was afraid. I had never laid my hand on a lifeless body before.
Then I thought to myself:
Lord, what will the people here say when they see me place my hand on this lifeless body?
The Lord then answered me:
“Do as I tell you.”
So, reluctantly, I placed my right hand on the boy’s forehead. And then, a miracle happened!
Suddenly, I heard the boy take a deep breath. It was as if his soul has been a million miles away!
And, abruptly, his white eyes returned to their usual brown color, and they moved! He looked in astonishment at the people around him, as if wondering what had just happened.
He regained consciousness and was taken to the nearest clinic to be given first aid.
God has placed supernatural power in your hands.
In conclusion, our Heavenly Father has placed supernatural power in your hands. Do not hesitate to use it to heal the sick.
