Prayer is like making a phone call to heaven.
When you pray, you are actually making a phone call to heaven. As soon as you start praying, God will notice your number, exact location, and everything about your situation.
God is always eager to hear from you.
First of all, Heavenly Father has already spoken to you a lot through his written word in the Bible. Since you are his child, he is always eager to hear from you to know how you are doing; and to find out how he can help you.
Hear what Heavenly Father is saying right now:
Call to me and I will answer you
and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.
God has all the plans for your life.
Before I formed you in the womb I knew[a] you,
before you were born I set you apart.
Jeremiah 1:5
God will command his angels to help you.
When you present your problems to Heavenly Father, he does not sit idly by without taking any action. He will command his angels to help you, though you may not perceive it.
Listen to what God says:
For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
Psalm 91:11
If you don’t call, nothing may happen.
You have to keep on calling God every day so that he intervenes in every aspect of your life. Sometimes if you don’t call, nothing may happen in your life.
Heavenly Father is waiting for your phone call.
