Dear reader, there is something God wants you to know about your prosperity. Never divert the money you have set aside as a tithe for God.

The Tithe actually belongs to God.

The principle of tithing is a spiritual boundary that defines our relationship with God’s provision.  When you set aside ten percent of your increase for the Lord, that money ceases to be your resource; it becomes holy unto God.

The Tithe opens Heavenly blessings.

This sacred portion carries a divine promise: it is the key that opens the windows of heaven, pouring out blessings so great that there will not be room enough to receive them. Your tithe is the anchor of your financial protection and prosperity.

Satan will fight the Tithe.

Because of this spiritual reality, the enemy of your soul will actively work against your obedience. Satan does not want you to prosper or experience supernatural abundance. Recognizing that he cannot stop God from blessing a faithful steward, his primary tactic is to disrupt your faithfulness. The enemy will intentionally orchestrate sudden crises, unexpected bills, and urgent financial pressures the moment you prepare to honor God. His goal is simple: to tempt you to divert the holy portion to solve worldly problems. Yielding to this pressure is a dangerous trap. Diverting your tithe means stepping out from under God’s umbrella of financial protection and attempting to fight spiritual battles with material resources.

Don’t Rob God.

When crisis strikes, the solution is never to rob God. It is far better to seek alternative solutions, or even borrow to manage an emergency, than to touch what belongs to the Creator. True faith is forged in moments of scarcity, not plenty. Choosing to remain faithful when it hurts signals to the heavens that you trust the Provider more than the provision. Protect your tithe fiercely. When you refuse to divert God’s portion, you shut the door on the devourer and ensure that the storehouses of heaven remain open over your life.

The weapon to stop Satan is actually found in Luke 11:4
