Dear reader, when our Father in Heaven looks at people on earth, he does not love them equally. He loves some people more than others.
In this article I show you seven persons God loves most.
Any person seeking God.
The Lord looks down from heaven upon all people on earth to see if there are any who truly seek him with a longing for his wisdom and guidance.
Someone pursuing God’s holiness.
God loves so much a person who is seeking holiness because God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness.
Our Father in heaven wants us to be dedicated, and set apart by behavior that pleases Him, whether in public or in private.
A repentant person turning to Jesus Christ.
God loves a repentant person who turns to Jesus Christ. I tell you, in the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.
A person leading others to holiness.
If you lead other people to holiness, then your star will shine forever (see Daniel 12:3).
Similarly, a person becomes an enemy of God if that person leads people to hell. It would be better for that person to have a large stone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
A person who trusts in God.
Our Father in Heaven will do whatever it takes to save a person who puts their trust in him.
A person who has consideration for the needy.
You will become a great friend of God if you help the hungry, orphans, widows, the poor, the homeless, the prisoners, and those who are oppressed.
Someone who has a humble heart.
God loves a person who has an attitude of humility, with no selfish or factional motives. A person who is not arrogant or self-righteous, but regards others as more important..
