Your life started in heaven!
Dear reader, you may not believe what I am about to tell you; but it is the real truth. Your life did not start here on earth, as you may believe. Your life journey began in Heaven – as I am about to show you.
Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
This part of the Lord’s Prayer shows us that things are first done in Heaven before they are done on earth.
God’s plan for your life started in Heaven.
“Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.” Psalm 139:16
God chose your parents.
Do not start saying you wish you were born in the White House; or the Buckingham Palace. No one chooses where he is born. It is God who chooses who our parents will be on earth. Therefore, respect God’s choice of parents – whether rich or poor; white or black, short or tall, Christian or non-christian. Did Jesus choose who his parents would be? No. It is God who chose. For this reason God gave us a commandment to always honor our parents (Exodus 20:12).
God had an option for Jesus to be born in a very rich and prosperous family. But for reasons known to himself, he chose a very humble family who could not even afford a descent hotel room for a night.
Why you were born and why Satan fights your life.
You were born so that God extends his Kingdom from Heaven on to the Earth. This is the reason most babies are born innocent. Satan hates the Heavenly Kingdom. For this reason he does everything he can to disrupt the lives of many babies so that God’s Kingdom does not extend from Heaven to earth. Listen how Satan wanted to disrupt God’s plans for Jesus:
“16 When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.” Mathew 2:16
Jesus came to restore God’s plans for your life.
The Devil has fought many people to stop God’s plans for their lives. God sent Jesus Christ on earth to restore all the plans God has for each individual on earth. If you accept him as your Lord and Savior, God’s original plan for your life will be restored.
